How it Works

Please look through our seasonal portfolio and wedding & event portfolio to ensure our design style aligns with your taste, and review our event menu. 

SUBMIT ORDER FORM

Download and complete the order form, and send it to sarah@growgirlseattle.com with "Event Request" and your event date in the subject line. If you would like to set up a meeting to discuss your event, you can select that on the order form.

AVAILABILITY & ESTIMATE

Within one week of receiving your order form, we will respond to your event request. If we have availability for the date you requested, we will email you an estimate for your event florals based on the details you provided. If you requested a meeting, we will send a scheduling link and meeting invoice.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

When you're ready to move forward, you'll submit a signed copy of our contract and a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimate to reserve your event date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance. 

MAKE FINAL CHANGES

We will check in one month before your event to get your final order. Additions, substitutions, or small changes can be made up until the time that final payment is due.

SUBMIT PAYMENT

Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. 

ENJOY YOUR FLOWERS

On the date and time specified on your final order, we'll have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at Ballard studio. Or, if you added delivery or set-up, we will transport & arrive at your specified location with your beautiful flowers in hand!

Prices include vases and packaging to keep, so that flowers can be sent home with hosts & guests at the end of the event. 

1. FOCAL ARRANGEMENT

Large arrangement to set the mood for your event. Full size measures about 18-20 inches in height and 12-15 inches in width, and would work well for a guest book table, bar top, or buffet. Statement size is larger and more dramatic, measuring about 28-32 inches in height and 20-24 inches in width, and would work well on an entrance table or as a pair to frame a wedding ceremony space.

2. TABLE CENTERPIECE

Centerpiece vase arrangement for dining tables, designed at a height of about 10-12 inches so that guests can easily see and talk to each other. Full size measures about 12-14 inches in width. Lush size includes more flowers and measures about 18 inches in width. For circular tables, we recommend ordering one centerpiece per table and adding minis to intersperse with candles or other tabletop items. For rectangular tables, we recommend ordering one or multiple centerpieces to go down the center length of each table, and adding our petites or minis to carry the color and texture down the full table.

3. PETITE ARRANGEMENT

Small, low arrangement perfect for cocktail tables, the lounge, or bathroom countertops.

4. MINIS

Small bud vases with minimal flowers & foliage that help extend the color, texture, and garden feel of centerpieces and arrangements throughout your event space and tables.

Set of 5 minis $50

5. CAKE FLOWERS

For events where cake will be served, we can provide a jar of flowers to decorate the cake. Please note that we do not do any cake decoration, we just provide flowers that match with your other event florals!

6. HANDHELD BOUQUETS

Our luxurious handheld garden-style bouquets are filled with focal flowers, and can be finished with silk ribbon or jute twine. Petite size is minimalist and measures about 8-10 inches tall and 6-8 inches wide. Full size measures about 10-12 inches tall and 10-12 inches wide. Lush size measures about 12-14 inches tall and 16-18 inches wide.

Services

EVENT CONSULTATION

Our pricing is based on a streamlined menu approach that takes the stress out of your event florals by minimizing back and forth communication and decision-making. However, if you would like to discuss your vision beyond the details you'll provide in the order form, you can request an appointment. During COVID we are setting up all meetings as Zoom calls (video). You may have up to three people attend. Event consultation will be invoiced separately from your event florals. 

Event consultation $75 per hour

DELIVERY

If available on your event date, we can deliver to your event venue. We deliver to one central location at your venue, and you or your event staff unpackage and place each floral item.
